Forced Appreciation, Hold or Sale Commercial Loans:

This loan is focused on real estate investors who are targeting properties that have below market rents and require the funds to acquire the asset and update each of the units to increase rents and force the appreciation to market rates or higher. Typically, the investor for this loan will find long term financing once the rehab has been completed and the rents have been increased. This is RushFire’s longest term loan and would up to twelve months. In most cases RushFire will offer loan extensions, as needed, to enable the investor to find permanent financing.
